Refund policy

AUSTRALIA AND OTHER NON-EU COUNTRIES

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our Returns Policy. Unless required by applicable consumer law, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

EU, EEA, AND UK CUSTOMERS

If you are located in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order and return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel your purchase. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

The following conditions apply:

• Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of return shipping.
• Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
• Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or similar charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

At Coia Studios, our garments are made in limited runs. For this reason, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, consumers not reading the product description, size guide, refund or shipping policy fully. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order to ensure your desired fit.

Exchanges

• Items may be exchanged for another size within 14 days of receipt, subject to stock availability and production timelines.
• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, tariffs (US customers) and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please email contact@coiastudios.com with your exchange request, and we’ll confirm availability and provide a return address.

Consumer Guarantees
Our policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or otherwise does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
