Refund policy

At Coia Studios, our garments are made in limited runs. For this reason, we do not accept returns due to change of mind. We do not accept returns due to consumer not reading the product description, size guide, refund or shipping policy fully. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order to ensure your desired fit.

Exchanges

• Full-priced items may be exchanged for another size within 14 days of receipt, subject to stock availability and production timelines.
• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, tariffs (US customers) and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please email contact@coiastudios.com with your exchange request, and we’ll confirm availability and provide a return address.

Consumer Guarantees
Our policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or otherwise does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
