AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We offer free shipping automatically applied at checkout for orders over $300 AUD Australian wide. For orders under $300 AUD rates are as below. 

STANDARD POSTAGE: For all Australian orders the standard shipping flat rate is $15 AUD.

Accessories shipping is $8 AUD

EXPRESS POSTAGE: For all Australian orders the express shipping flat rate is $25 AUD.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

STANDARD: For all New Zealand orders the standard shipping is $20-$30 AUD depending on weight.

EXPRESS: For all New Zealand orders the express shipping flat rate is $45 AUD.

ASIA ORDERS

Most shipment will be shipped by Auspost but some areas will be shipped with SF Express.

STANDARD: For all orders in these areas the standard shipping is $20-$50 AUD depending on weight. 

EXPRESS: 

CENTRAL EUROPE, UK & IRELAND ORDERS

STANDARD: For all orders in these areas the standard shipping is $20-$80 AUD depending on the weight.

EXPRESS: For all orders in these areas the express shipping is a flat rate $90 AUD.

*Standard shipping is currently unavailable for US customers.

US ORDERS

STANDARD: For all orders the US the standard shipping is $40 - $80 AUD depending on the weight.

EXPRESS: For all orders in these areas the express shipping is a flat rate $100 AUD.

CANADA & MEXICO ORDERS

Canada Service Suspension: Due to national union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada. As a result, all services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of 29 September 2025

STANDARD: For all orders these areas the standard shipping is $20 - $70 AUD depending on the weight.

SOUTH AMERICA ORDERS

STANDARD: For all orders these areas the standard shipping is $45 - $70 AUD depending on the weight.

AFRICA ORDERS

For all orders these areas the standard shipping is $40 - $70 AUD depending on the weight.

SHIPPING POLICY

All item are sent via Australia Post, except some parts of Asia. These orders will be shipped by SF. You will receive an initial email when placing your order and an additional email once your parcel has been sent out to you, this email will also provide you with specific tracking information. 

It is essential that your correct email is provided at checkout to receive tracking information. Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order, in addition to time measures outlined for pre-order and made to order garments. If you order multiple pieces your order will ship when the entire order is ready.

Please note that Coia Studios does not accept responsibility for missing, stolen or delayed parcels once the parcel is dispatched to the delivery address on your order and the tracking number is provided to you. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If you have any issues with the whereabouts of your parcel you can track it at any time using the tracking number provided in your fulfilment email. In the instance that a parcel is missing or lost please notify us and we will do whatever we can do on our end to lodge an investigation with Australia Post. We do not offer refunds for damaged, lost or stolen packages during transit.

International orders may incur customs duties and other taxes in your country. These charges are entirely the customers expense. If you choose not to pay these charges and the item is returned to sender, you will not be refunded.
